Healthy Boundaries Workshop
The purpose of this workshop is to help youth understand what healthy
boundaries are and how they are used in everyday life. Also, to
empower them with the tools that will enable them to establish and
enforce healthy boundaries. The presentation activities include
age appropriate worksheets and interactive role-plays that will help the
youth practice setting and enforcing their healthy boundaries.
Ages 7 - 13
Length: 45 - 60 minutes
Healthy Relationship Workshop
The purpose of this workshop is to help youth understand the
components and qualities of healthy family, friend, and significant other
relationships. In addition, a discussion on healthy boundaries and how
they affect relationships will take place. Presentation Activities include
a candid open discussion as well as group comprised skits will
empower the youth to appreciate and foster healthy relationships and
successfully deal with unhealthy relationships.
